Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager

Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Meta advertising—from strategy and setup to creative direction and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and launch Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns aligned with client goals
Manage daily ad performance, budgets, and bidding strategies
Continuously test and optimize audiences, creatives, copy, and funnels
Develop and oversee ad creative (images, videos, copy) in collaboration with the creative team
Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions
Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and scalability
Troubleshoot account issues, disapprovals, and tracking (Pixel, CAPI, events)
Provide clear reporting and insights on campaign performance
Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
Strong understanding of ad strategy, targeting, and funnel building
Experience with ad creatives and what drives conversions
Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and tracking tools
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or local service ads
Basic design or video editing skills
Experience with CRM integrations and landing pages
